I think career satisfaction is better than high salary. People often say that it is better to choose a well-paid job, even if it has no attraction for you. I totally disagree with this view. When we have our favorite occupation, it will enrich our life. Although high salary can better satisfy our material life, professional satisfaction can make our spiritual life better.
For example, my profession is a teacher, and I hope my students can get better results through my earnest teaching. I don't want to get more compensation for my teaching work. I hope my students can have a healthy and happy life. When my students grow up happily every day, I will be proud of them. This is more meaningful than getting a high salary. Satisfactory career can bring us more happiness than high salary. So I think career satisfaction is better than high salary.
