2.安装Baseline configuration analyzer 2.0（MBCA_Setup32.msi）
3.安装SQL Server 2008 r2 bpa
在安装之前 现在cmd 下运行： msiexec /i <MSI Name> SKIPCA=1
安装bpa，安装完成之后 运行powshell ：1.Enable-PSRemoting。
2.winrm set winrm/config/winrs `@`{MaxShellsPerUser=`"10`"`}
