Error - can't open /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_tw_reuse.
        errno: 13

Error - can't open /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_local_port_range.
        errno: 13
        Permission denied

解决方案:

The tunekrnl program is located in the Domino binary directory:

<install directory>/notes/latest/linux/tunekrnl

The owner and group should be the root user and root group (for example, root:daemon) with the following permissions:

r-sr-xr-x

To change ownership, use the chown command as the root user:

chown user:group <targetfile>

Example: chown root:daemon tunekrnl

To change permissions, use the chmod command as the root user:

1. chmod 555 tunekrnl

Results should be: Permissions r-xr-xr-x

2. chmod u+s tunekrnl

Results should be: Permissions r-sr-xr-x

After the ownership and permissions of tunekrnl have been verified and changed as necessary, restart the Domino serve
