解决SDK下载中遇到的“Connection to https://dl-ssl.google.com refused”问题

如题所说，在SDK下载中遇到了一个问题，提示为："Failed to fectch URl https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/addons_list.xml, reason: Connection to https://dl-ssl.google.com refused".

解决办法：打开C:WindowsSystem32driversetc下的hosts文件，在最后添加一行内容：74.125.237.1 dl-ssl.google.com
