先要到设置里关联私钥
配置user.name等
然后在eclipse下配置config文件
其实.git文件夹下就有这个文件，内容如下

fetch = +refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/*

然后就可以比较自动的pull了。
注意在项目目录下创建.gitignore文件，内容为
/.settings/bin/gen
就可以在eclipse的基础上忽略更多了.
如果push时候报错无法连接任何repository,那么加上这句
[remote"origin"]
push=refs/heads/dev:refs/heads/dev
或者：push = +refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/origin/*
