问题描述：在xml文件中导入properties文件
问题代码：<import resource="classpath:*/spring-db/test.properties" />
错误提示：
改正后的代码：<context:property-placeholder file-encoding="UTF-8" ignore-unresolvable="true" location="classpath:*/db.properties" />
然后问题就好了，不大明白是为什么，因为我的properties文件编码也是utf-8。
