题目是在一些数字里找出一个数字,并输出他在第几行

总结
1)先算出中间的值mid
2)用要查找的值与mid比较,如果比mid小,那high = mid - 1,即将mid右边的数删除
3)如果查找的值比mid大,那么low = mid + 1,即将mid左边的数删除
4)重复2和3步,直到找到目标值或者left>right越界(即未找到)
