在windows 2008 server 上建了一个计划任务，想通过命令
schtasks /run /tn "IPADForAdvisor_QA_APITest" /s SZPCWIN2K801 /u msdomain1jzhang6 /p jzhang6'spassword
来远程启动这个计划任务，总是提示ERROR : Access is denied
登录的这个用户名和密码是在 SZPCWIN2K801 的 Administrators Group 里面的，而且是在同一个域里。
如果我把这个计划任务建在一个win 7的机器上，就可以执行成功。
在Google搜了一圈，各种方法都尝试了，包括：
方法1：Add the right to log on as a batch job. e.g.: go to Administrative tool > Local security policy > Local Policies > User Rights Assignment > Logon as a batch job > Add.
方法2：I gave the user Read+Execute (and even Full Control) to the C:windows asks folder on the server.
BUT 只有一个方法奏效了：
网上是这样描述的：
According to the Help text, the user must be a member of the local Administrators group, the local Backup Operators group,
the domain Server Operators group, or have been delegated the appropriate authority, on the local computer。
我就做了一个操作： Add the user to this group "the local Backup Operators group"，问题就解决了。
