给新手参考的Cadence Allegro快捷键

发上我的快捷键给新手参考，我也是在LULU给我的ENV文件中改的。个人感觉很好用，布
线布局很少点命令图标了，布线常用键差不多都在一个地方便操作。其有一部分要做script
功能的，有需要的我可以把我的script文件给他，这些都是个人习惯。
