  • eeglab中文教程系列(15)-绘制独立成分ERP贡献

    要完成该操作,必须保证已加载数据和电极位置数据,同时还要对数据进行提取epoch,并对数据进行ICA处理,操作如下:
    1.加载数据文件:eeglab教程系列(1)-加载、显示数据
    2.加载电极位置文件:eeglab教程系列(2)-绘制脑电头皮图
    3.提取数据epoch:eeglab教程系列(5)-提取数据epoch
    4.使用ICA分解数据:eeglab中文教程系列(11)-使用ICA分解数据

    独立成分的ERP 对数据的ERP 的贡献

    想要得到独立成分的ERP 对数据的ERP 的贡献,具体操作如下:
    Plot > Component ERPs > with component maps

    操作后弹出如下对话框:

    点击OK就可以弹出如下界面:

    上图中黑色包络线是各个时间点的所有channel 的最大值和最小值,彩线是各个独立成分的的ERP。如果只想要了解对200-500ms 数据ERP 贡献最大的独立成分。可在如下红色框中编辑为200 500.

    同时在command line会返回如下运行结果:
