SAP S4 ECC EPIC 'Month 00 not Plausible'. upload bank receipt error msg

Hi Friends,

When I extracted the Commitment Item 'BC Set Hierarchy' in BW, got the error 'Month 00 not Plausible'.

Followed below steps:

1. I have created Commitment item hierarchies via transaction code GS01/GS02. I used 'FMRBCS' as table and 'RCMMTITEM' as data element in R/3.

2. Generated the Data source via BW07 using compounding object FM area 'FIKRS' and user defined Data source name for above table and field.

3. Added Hierarchy compounding logic in CMOD project.

4. In RSA3 I can see the Hierarchy extraction.

5. Replicated the Data Source in BW and generated the transfer structure.

6. Created Info package, selected the required Set Hierarchy and started the extraction where I got this error.

Please note that I could able to extract the G/L Account Set Hierarchies successfully.

Monitor shows as below:

-the data is transferred to communication structure

-Update ( 0 new / 0 changed ) : No errors

->Data saved successfully

-Processing end : No errors

->Data successfully transferred to the update

-Subseq. processing (messages) : Errors occurred

-> Start update of master data hierarchy

Month 00 is not plausible

I don’t have the option to debug to analyze the error.

Appreciate if any one could help/suggest me resolving this issue
