设置导航栏背景色为透明色的最有效做法

1.项目中要使用到导航栏为透明的效果,一开始的做法是使用透明色的图片。但是效果不是很好，导航栏下边的线始终在上边，显示效果不好。

2.今天自己写了一个可以完全实用的代码来解决这个问题 

代码如下：
