    化简可得(sum_{i=1}^{min(n,m)}{lfloor frac{n}{i} floor}{lfloor frac{m}{i} floor}sum_{d|i}mu(d)^2*mu(frac{i}{d}))
    有结论(sum_{d|n}mu(d)^2*mu(frac{n}{d})=sum_{i=1}^{sqrt(n)}mu(i))分块即可
