亲测解决 github 访问慢的问题

https://hub.fastgit.org/dotnetcore/FastGithub/releases/tag/2.1.2

下载后运行 FastGithub.UI.exe , Windows和Mac测试通过.

注意切换网络后可能需要重新运行.

另外 https://hub.fastgit.org/ 也可加速浏览, 但是不能搜索.
