git clone速度慢解决办法

如果你的ss代理端口是1080，像下面这样设置

git config --global http.https://github.com.proxy socks5://127.0.0.1:1080
git config --global https.https://github.com.proxy socks5://127.0.0.1:1080

只针对github加速，不针对coding等国内git
