Use Microsoft .NET 3.5 features in templates - including LINQ - simply by setting the CompilerVersion attribute on CodeTemplate to "v3.5".

With optimizations to caching and improvements in SchemaExplorer we have greatly reduced the time it takes to run templates. For example, on a large database using CodeSmith .netTiers Templates the generation time went from 12 minutes to just under 2 minutes.
