搭建gitlab遇见OpenSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to gitlab.example.com:443

出问题的 git 版本：git version 2.22.0.windows.1

报警了，折腾了三个小时，终于发现问题了

原因不知道，但是不输入网址，直接输入 ip 地址，是可行的！可行的！可行的！

猜测是 dns 解析的问题(ipv6解析的锅)，具体原因有空再探究。坑爹啊
