取得
没必要去下载一个jetty客户端去找webdefault.xml了。
可以去maven的本地仓库找到
orgeclipsejettyjetty-webapp版本号
里面的jar文件，解压后找到webdefault.xml进行修改。
修改
1、为了能够在服务器启动时修改静态文件，需要把
useFileMappedBuffer
改成false。
2、为了能够指定项目的welcome-file为一个servlet（对于SpringMVC来说，是指定为一个请求方法，而不是只能指定为一个静态资源），需要把
welcomeServlets
改成true。
3、为了编码统一，需要把
