背景： gateway作为微服务的入口，肩负重任，我们需要通过网关观察每个服务的流量，每个服务的健康状况。因此，本文通过gateway配置 actuator和 io.micrometer的 micrometer.registry.promethues，完成gateway的信息采集。

1. gateway的依赖添加actuator和promethues包

官网的dashboard不是很精确，很多累赘，并且缺少很多定制化信息。下面是自己根据业务需求研发的网管需要的数据。
