本人是采用在线安装的
方法一：在线安装（help》install new software）
在work with中输入http://beust.com/eclipse
点击next，然后等它安装完毕，重启eclipse就行
方法二：离线安装
TestNG Eclipse插件下载地址 http://testng.org/doc/download.html
放在eclipse的plugins文件夹下，然后启动eclipse。
点击help>sofrware update>installed spftware,查找TestNG Eclipse插件，点击Install，安装完后重启eclipse
window>show view>other,java文件夹下，有TestNG，双击图标，在eclipse界面下会出现TestNG的窗体。
上班同事记得：离线安装
1.百度网盘http://pan.baidu.com/s/1i3y1QtR
下载testNG安装包。
2.将解压后的文件..eclipse-testng离线包features目录下的文件夹
org.testng.eclipse_6.8.6.20130607_0745放到eclipse--》features目录下
3.将解压后的文件..eclipse-testng离线包org.testng.eclipse_6.8.6.20130607_0745
文件夹放到eclipse--》plugins目录下。
4.重启eclipse
5.验证是否安装成功
file → new → other → TestNG
