1.官网下载OpenCV2.4.11:https://opencv.org/releases.html
选择视窗,下载得到.exe可执行文件
2.放到合适地点,双击下载好的可执行文件提取内容;
3.在系统环境变量下
新建系统变量:OpenCV,E:OpenCVopencvuild
找到环境变量Path:添加%OPENCV%x86vc12in
4.新建opencv2411.props
内容如下:

5.新建工程并导入配置文件进行测试
新建Win32控制台应用程序(选择空项目即可)-在项目的属性管理器中右键添加现有属性表 - 选择刚刚建立好的配置文件,如下图:
成功导入配置文件后可以看见属性管理器中Debug和Release中都有相应的属性表,如下图的opencv2411:
6.建立源文件test.cpp,加上测试代码:
