Android 使用 SeekBar 控件实现图片旋转缩放。

功能实现
由于使用的图片是网络图片,所以先在 AndroidManifest.xml 添加网络权限:
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET"/>
在 onCreate() 创建一个 handler来接收子线程的消息更新下载的图片
