读取带逗号的csv文件

在项目中客户需要读取保存在ftp上的csv文件中的数据，添加到customList中，由于这个文件是通过excel填写数据转为csv文件的，所以内容会包含逗号或者引号等特殊字符，这里通过一个类来实现此功能。
