IDEA发布应用时发布到lib下面的包不全,Tomcate启动时就报:At least one JAR was scanned for TLDs yet contained no TLDs. Enable debug logging for this logger for a complete list of JARs that were scanned but no TLDs were found in them. Skipping unneeded JARs during scanning can improve startup time and JSP compilation time
此时可能是包没有全部发布到lib目录引起的。具体看打下Project Structure->Artifacts点击相应的项目点开lib文件夹看下面的jar包是不是红色的，红色的就是有问题的，把红包的jar包添加到Output Root即可。
