改动的三次说明如下：

1，修改history的历时命令条数，不然默认当前会话15条，关闭后没了，对于经常使用control+r或history的同学很不方便

2，此处git是默认有的，关于autojump和osx这两个插件很方便，osx是mac下的

3，修改字符集，不然我在idea的终端中输入汉字老是utf-8字符
