1.设置Headers,增加一个Content-type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded
2.在Body中定义你的参数，比如你的方法参数像这样：
@RequestParam("examTimeIdList[]") List<String> examTimeIdList, Integer uploadType
那么你在Body中应该这样写：examTimeIdList[]=01&uploadType=1
