Ecn should be issued when modifying drawing，Copy children BOM of subassembly from BIL if one ECN/ECO introduce new subassembly per NPIEngineer /Planner's requirement，Create Cost table for scrapped part and rework parts after ECN implementation, lead old revision partsrework or scrap issue.New product and ECN evaluation and relevant solution implement.Ensure that the cost changes due to ECN's are updated in the cost sheets at the appropriate time。
