wget配置文件的使用：代理设置与不检查证书

配置文件 ：wgetrc

配置项：

1）代理设置

# You can set the default proxies for Wget to use for http, https, and ftp.
# They will override the value in the environment.
https_proxy = 109.105.1.52:8080
http_proxy = 109.105.1.52:8080
ftp_proxy = 109.105.1.52:8080

2）不检查证书

check_certificate = off
