    进制转换

    n = input("请输入一个数字")

    python的思路是先将input()输入的 十进制字符 先转为十进制,进而转为其他进制。

    十进制的 n => 通过bin(n)/oct(n)/hex(n)=>2/8/16进制的 n

    bin(n)

    oct(n)

    int(n)

    hex(n)

    2/8/16进制的 n => 通过int(n, 2)/int(n, 8)/int(n, 16)=>十进制的 n
