1.在编译内核前，需要将Device Drivers => Networkf device support对应的网卡驱动选择为模块(M)，
比如我的本机网卡为：
Device Drivers => Networkf device support => Ethernet (10 or 100 Mbits) =>
[*]3com Cards
[M] 3c950/3c900 series (592/595/597)
而使用Vmwrae时的网卡在kernel-2.6.16.11时则为：
[*] EISA, VLB, PCI and on board controllers
<M> AMD PCnet32 PCI support
2.编译内核：
make && make modules_install
3.加载模块(在vmware下)：
modprobe pcnet32
lsmod可以查看已加载的模块情况，如果有列出pcnet32那就行了。
4.编辑/etc/modules.d/aliases，加入：
alias eth0 pcnet32
然后update-modules（或modules-update，一样的）自己更新到/etc/modules.conf
5.其它
如果不清楚用的是什么网卡，可以用以下命令查看：
lspci -vvv
看到Ethernet Controller后面的就是了

Oops on module insertion of 3c509/3c95x
This is a problem in 2.6.0-test10 and now tested with 2.6-test11-bk8
aswell which shows itself as I accidently
tried to modprobe the wrong module (3c509) for my NIC which is:

And after it modprobed 3c59x.
This does NOT seem to happen with other modules, nor any other module
in the 3cxxx series other than 3c509. This happens with pci=noacpi
aswell.
The impact of this is that the module's used counter "starts" at 1,
which makes it impossible (ok, maybe with force) to unload it.
(I cut the oops out of dmesg if anyone wonders.)
