VirtualBox error: Kernel driver not installed (rc=1908)
Hi all, Let me first say that this is my final resort after googling this issue for the last several hours. None of the solutions that I have found are working for me. My VirtualBox (PUEL, not OSE) was working fine until about three hrs ago. I am receiving the following error: p, li { white-space: pre-wrap; } Kernel driver not installed (rc=-1908) The VirtualBox Linux kernel driver (vboxdrv) is either not loaded or there is a permission problem with /dev/vboxdrv. Re-setup the kernel module by executing '/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup' as root. Users of Ubuntu, Fedora or Mandriva should install the DKMS package first. This package keeps track of Linux kernel changes and recompiles the vboxdrv kernel module if necessary. 因为在安装VirtualBox的时候没有安装必要的核心模块，导致Recompiling VirtualBox kernel modules失败，解决方法，安装必要模块后root执行/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup。
