现象：
以前一直正常的爬网突然无法顺利完成，总是在进行到某个部分就停滞不前。
调查：
在查看了log文件后，发现了这条错误

google后找到了这篇文章：
http://www.thesysadminhimself.com/2013/08/sharepoint-search-index-partition-degraded.html（可能需要翻墙），发现原因是the Index Component and the Partition is degraded
解决方法：
索引重置，再做了一次全网全爬。重置操作如下图（直接用那个哥们的图片啦）：
