group->选一个project->new project
This is a annoying for two reasons:
users might not understand why/how to create projects. it would be better to have a nice message in red background "limit reached. please contact your admin". This message actually exist and is happening when they have access to the New Project page before the button can disappear,
and as it is now possible to choose a namespace, other than the personal one, where to create the project (if the user is Owner) the button disappearance prevents creating new projects from the dashboards in those groups. I notice that there is a workaround: the user can go to the group and find a "New Project" button again, but once more, they might not find this.
A nicer option would be to allow the buttons but disable the "personal" choice from the namespace menu.
