Change c:inetpubwwwrootwssVirtualDirectories<webapp port>web.config

Set customErrors node's mode attribute to "Off"

Set CallStack attribute to "true"

 

Ver 14

Config as Ver 12 do.

In addition, go to the {SharePoint Root}TEMPLATE folder, change the web.config in ADMIN and Layouts folders.
