找到chrome目录：C:Documents and Settings用户名Local SettingsApplication DataGoogleChromeUser DataDefaultUser StyleSheets下的Custom.css，默认为空的，将 html, body {background-color: #CCE8CC!important;} 添加进去保存即可。
