在目录http://tel.mirrors.163.com/centos/6.4/os/x86_64/Packages/下载下面的软件包：
使用 rpm -Uvh --replacepkgs *.rpm --aid 进行安装：

编辑上面的文件 vi CentOS6-Base-163.repo ，把$ releasever替换为6.4，然后：

出现下面的错误：

修改源url 在mirrors前面加上 tel. 即可，如下：
