Python selenium on windows

1. Open Registry Editor
2. Search for below keys HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwarePoliciesGoogleChromeExtensionInstallBlacklist HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREPoliciesGoogleChromeExtensionInstallBlacklist
3. If you find any keys set under above location, just delete it.
