It's good to be quite by oneself, which make me rethink of many things and reorganize my thoughts.
I went back home early today, and had dinner early: when I found I was free from dinner, it was only 6:10 pm. So, I took my backpack with 2 books and went to the class room. I didn't know what to do when I first hopped into the quiet room. And there I could rarely see any learners. I started to listen to the music from my iPhone and wrote my to-do list. After that, I started to read monocle. This magazine is fasionable and I decided to buy one more. And time went by, and it was nearly half past 8. I left the classroom with my podcast on. On my way home, I had some interesting idears. I copied them as follows:
1. How to learn English? Just combine the English learning with my research, both for my academic title research and for my PhD research. Be prepared for the listening materials, download them first into my poscast (iPhone), and when I was walking or running, I can listen to these materials to kill time. I have to build up an environment of the language learning. So I need to have most aspects of my life using English. I kept on telling myself: English is much easier than Chinese, and when you see some material written in English, just calm down and start reading it slowly. Then you will quickly understand what it said. So, enjoy this language as a living skill, try to think how a native speaker thinks, and make this language your second mother tongue.
2. To know the rules of games, especially or start from tennies. This can also explain we should make everything we are learning clear in our mind.
3. Sometimes I go to the classroom and spend a whole night there. This is a valuable 'block' time, and I can use this time to do some big work or accomplish some other tasks. As I can not go to the classroom everyday, and the winter vacation will start, I need to make good plans to make full use of this time.
4. Spend more time to consider those important but not ergent things. Considering the future life of yourself and your kids is one of those important things.
