word 不能插入公式一种可能的解决方案

现象描述：打算在word中插入公式时，会发现插入公式部分为灰色，不可用。

解决办法：

1. 点解左上方文件按钮
   2.在 "信息" 选择 "兼容模式"
   
2. 弹出窗口点击"确认"
   
3. 此时问题可能会得到解决。
