第一步：找到USB  地址

Bus 001 Device 002: ID 413c:2113 Dell Computer Corp.
Bus 001 Device 008: ID 0e8d:xxxx MediaTek Inc.
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ lsusb
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 77be:f9ff
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 413c:2113 Dell Computer Corp.
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ sudo gedit /etc/udev/rules.d/51-android.rules

第二步：sudo gedit /etc/udev/rules.d/51-android.rules

将ATTR{idProduct}=="xxxx", SYMLINK+="android_adb", MODE="0660", GROUP="plugdev", TAG+="uaccess", SYMLINK+="android" 写入文档

xxxx是你的usb地址Bus 001 Device 008: ID 0e8d:xxxx MediaTek Inc. 

第三步：执行如下命令

 sudo usermod -a -G plugdev $(id -u -n)
sudo udevadm control --reload-rules
sudo service udev restart

第四步：重启adb

sudo udevadm trigger
adb kill-server
adb start-server
