于是找到一个包含 http://archive.ubuntukylin.com:10006/ubuntukylin/dists/…的list……原来这货是搜狗输入法：
xiaoyan94@xiaoyan94-Inspiron-7537:/etc/apt/sources.list.d$ cat sogoupinyin.list
deb http://archive.ubuntukylin.com:10006/ubuntukylin xenial main
1
2
解决：
sudo gedit sogoupinyin.list
在deb http://archive.ubuntukylin.com:10006/ubuntukylin xenial main加个#注释掉，保存即可。
然后再使用apt-get恢复正常。
