什么程度的英语水平才叫好？

LV1：与母语为英语的人能进行简单的沟通，互相明白意思
LV2：你可以阅读并且撰写英文书信或者商业电邮
LV3：你明白英文里的缩写,惯用语和俚语 (欢迎通过Urban Dictionary学习)
LV4：你能明白英文笑话里面的梗(需要一些背景的文化知识)
LV5: 你能很自如地通过一些日常问候来打开话题并进一步地继续与对方交谈
LV6: 你可以阅读一部小说并且写一篇1000字的内容简介
LV7: 使用英文思维
LV8: 你可以说英文笑话，做演讲，写诗或者研究论文。LV9: 几乎没有口音而且很少犯语法错误(笔误可以不算，几乎每个人都会做笔误，这也是检查拼写的必要)LV10: 你说话的方式已经和“外国人”几乎没有区别了，即使有也可以忽略不计。

Level 1: You can understand me. I can understand you.
Level 2: You can read and write a letter or a business email.
Level 3: You can understand contractions, idioms and slang.
Level 4: You can understand jokes (this requires a lot of cultural knowledge).
Level 5: You can comfortably handle the "Hi! How're you?" / "Great! How're you?" greeting and continue chatting.
Level 6: You can read a novel and write an 1000 word synopsis.
Level 7: You can think in English.
Level 8: You can tell jokes, gives speeches, and write poems or research papers.
Level 9: You hardly have an accent and rarely make grammatical mistakes. (Typos don't count, everybody makes typos. That's what spell check is for.)Level 10: The difference between you and a native speaker is so insignificant that most people won't even notice.
