joachims的网页终于可以访问了

joachims是当前svm领域的领军人物，以前只能访问他的个人主页。但是提供软件的网页一直无法访问，现在这个问题终于解决了。

Many researchers have told me that my site is not available in China. According to the company that is hosting my DNS entry, this is due to a Chinese access restrictions. To work around this problem, simply use the URL

                http://www.cs.cornell.edu/People/tj/svm_light/

to enter the website. From this url, you can also navigate to SVM-struct, SVM-perf, and all my other software. When you want to download some file, replace "download.joachims.org" with "kodiak.cs.cornell.edu" in the URL. So, for example,

                http://download.joachims.org/svm_light/current/svm_light.tar.gz

becomes

                http://kodiak.cs.cornell.edu/svm_light/current/svm_light.tar.gz
