linux下查看各软件编译参数

在开发的过程中经常会遇到需要重新编译的问题，遇到这种情况该如何查看以前的编译参数下面详细解释

经常需要重新编译的如今大部分是这四个nginx，apache，mysql，php
nginx编译参数：
#/usr/local/nginx/sbin/nginx -V
CODE:

apache编译参数：
