(ssl.SSLError: [SSL: WRONG_VERSION_NUMBER] wrong version number (_ssl.c:1091)

pip install requests==2.19.1

pip install certifi==2018.8.13

pip install incremental

 先把上面三个一装，单纯的第三方库的版本问题，更新下ssl包之类的

_ssl.c:1091和_ssl.c:749的问题就能解决了

在运行的过程中还发现了点问题
