    接收GET,HEAD请求
    先判断是否是目录,目录不加/会重定向,默认显示目录下的index.html/index.htm文件,如果没有上述文件将目录下文件列表显示
    copyfile函数调用shutil基本库,以后再介绍
    利用MIME进行文件类型判断
