1.打开certmgr.msc（当前用户）

2. 删除所有本地主机证书：

- 当前用户信任的根证书颁发机构/证书

- 个人/证书，，，删除所有localhost  再执行 dotnet dev-certs https --trust

 

以下方案未成功

dotnet dev-certs https --trust
--------------------------------------------------------------------
关闭浏览器，以免它们缓存证书，因为这会导致其他问题。

在CMD上运行

dotnet dev-certs https --clean
然后跑

dotnet dev-certs https -t
现在，您可以使用以下命令检查证书

dotnet dev-certs https --check
如果这没有返回任何我认为意味着一切都很好。
