统计文件中的单词数、字符数和行数的程序

   这次的编写没有上次的编写的顺利，在运用C++时还是不熟练。这次的编写很不顺利代码没有很好地执行出来以下是我的代码：

在代码执行的过程中总是无法打开文件，我会继续对程序进行改进的。希望老师能在宽限些时间。
