由于项目中用到的是dwz框架，想整合layui的弹出层组件，牵扯太多太麻烦，索性自己动手，实现下站内消息推送右下角弹出层进行提示。代码可直接复制使用，样式捡漏，稍微再调一下吧，简单展示下。
