说明：此报错一般都是进程或服务异常。
（1）CM端检查DP服务是否正常
[root]#cd /opt/omni/sbin
[root]# ./omnisv status
正常显示如下：
Status: All Cell Server processes/services up and running.
（2）检查GUI端OmniInet服务是否正常。
（3）CM端检查xinetd服务是否正常。
